Description

Our success starts with our teams so we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Head Chef to lead and develop our kitchen brigade at Aubaine.

As a Head Chef you will consistently deliver high quality food to our guests to ensure that they have a memorable experience with us. You will focus on developing, training and retaining your kitchen team, so we can build and maintain a strong and well performing team.

Amongst other things, as a Head Chef you will:
• Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence
• Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen
• Train, manage, retain and develop the chef brigade
• Ensure that the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times

What are we looking for in you?
• Great leadership and communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Desire to train and develop the kitchen brigade
• Similar experience in a quality restaurant
• Good understanding of French / Mediterranean cuisine
