If you are an existing General Manager who would love to develop your career within a successful cocktail brand, working with Dirty Martini is a brilliant way to build on your skillset whilst being supported by some of our most experienced management teams.

Management induction takes place over a period of at least 8 weeks and during this time, you will gain experience of a variety of our sites while we focus on you, so you can really learn about our brand, our products and how to run one of our unique venues the Dirty Martini way.

Our General Manager program covers the following areas:

  • Extensive product and cocktail training
  • Financial training including budgeting, forecasting and P&L
  • Running of the day to day operations
  • Atmosphere management
  • Human Resources
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Training and coaching skills

An experienced General Manager who can demonstrate:
  • Well-rounded management experience in high volume operations with emphasis on quality products and excellent service.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times. 
  • Good commercial acumen with previous P&L responsibility. 
  • A structured approach to leadership and a track record of improving business performance.
  • A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team. 
  • Ability to inspire a large team and be able to demand high standards.
