Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks: answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence. • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. 
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital files, records, and documents as directed. 
  • Schedule/coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. 
  • Prepare necessary materials and meeting rooms - Knowledge of ZOOM and MicrosoO Meetings. 
  • Manage/order office supplies keep inventory and reorder as needed. 
  • Process and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents. (ex. Concur) 
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the Digital Media Manager in an efficient and timely manner. 
  • Planning and development of social media projects. 
  • Schedule/post content for all social media platforms. 
  • Work with Ex Chefs & Restaurant Managers to schedule social media content 
  • Attend events and assist with production of live social media content. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication. 
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, requesting repairs or replacements as necessary. 
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases. 
  • Answer/manage website inquiries, related to fine dining, worldwide, and WP products. 
  • Update website materials - WordPress 
  • Provide administrative support to senior executive as required.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications:
  • Use discretionary judgment/confidentiality with confidential subjects and sensitive issues. 
  • Ability to have a good relationship with multiple personality types. 
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to take iniative without being prompted . 
  • Work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks. 
  • Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office software. 
  • Specifically, proficient in the use of all Social Media Platforms, Outlook, WordPress, Google Business, Concur Solu/ons, Sevenrooms, and FedEx. 
  • High level Social Media Platform knowledge.
