Lost Shore Surf Resort is a premier destination combining world-class inland surfing with exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences. Now, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team!

About the Role:

Responsible for executing the marketing plan, producing creative output and undertaking project management of impactful and engaging brand building and performance marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless multi-channel strategy which drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is in close collaboration with Creative / Brand partners Rogue Village who take a leading role in Lost Shore’s overarching Communications strategy and execution.

What you will be doing:

· Contribute to and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the overarching business objectives and targets.

· Work within the marketing budget, tracking ROI and optimising spend for maximum impact.

· Develop / evolve the brand identity in consultation with the senior leadership team (SLT) and Rogue Village.

· Manage and oversee paid digital marketing campaigns including, PPC/Google Ads, Meta and YouTube.

· Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and ROI/ROAS.

· Work closely with the PR agency to plan and execute PR and media strategies to generate press coverage and brand visibility in line with business objectives.

· Produce high quality and on-brand written content for social media, email marketing and blog content, taking an active creative and writing role.

· Ensure a consistent, vibrant and engaging Lost Shore ‘voice’ across all touchpoints.

· Manage the Social Media team, guide content, developing briefs and stories in line with on-site Lost Shore activities.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key tourism boards, influencers, and industry partners.

· Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

· Collaborate with sales, operations, and hospitality teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across the resort.

· Gain a deeper understanding of our customer base through data-driven insights, enabling us to better align marketing efforts to attract high-value target audiences and drive repeat bookings from existing customers.

· Routinely share insights, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.

What you will bring:

· Strong track record in a Marketing Manager role

· Creativity, ability to conceptualise and deliver exceptional marketing initiatives

· Experience of surf or related outdoor industries

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to train and disseminate information effectively 

· Deep understanding of the company´s values and purpose 

· An ability to work under pressure, with a drive and determination to achieve the best. 

· Excellent organisational, time-management and project management skills
