As Bar Manager you will be responsible for the prompt and efficient service of the bar. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, as well as respond positively and efficiently to any guest requests in a courteous manner. You will manage a team, and ensure they deliver the expected level of service, imparting your wisdom to assist in their growth.

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender within a faced pased environment 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• A passion for food, wine and hospitality
• Charismatic and energetic personality
• Exceptional customer service skills
