With significant growth in recent years and exciting expansion on the horizon, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Management Accountant to join our Finance team.

Working closely with our current Management Accountants, you’ll take pride in preparing insightful management reporting, supporting month-end reporting and analysis, and helping deliver accurate cost and performance insight across multiple brands and systems. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will help keep our reporting accurate and actionable as as we continue to grow. We’re looking for someone who’s as ambitious and agile as we are - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and brings a can-do spirit to every challenge.

Skills and experience:

- Accounting background – either through degree or studying towards a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT)
- 1-2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant – you’ve done it before and can hit the ground running, preferably in a multi-site/entity hospitality/retail environment
- Superb organisational skills – you're methodical, structured, and thrive on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail – you spot errors others miss and take real pride in getting things right
- Excellent time management – you can juggle deadlines across multiple brands without breaking a sweat
- Adaptable and comfortable with change – you roll with it and keep a positive, proactive mindset
- Tech confident – with working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Background in leisure/hospitality - desirable, but not essential
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic – you own your role, drive your day, and are passionate about contributing to the team
- Supports the preparation of the monthly accounts, P &L and Balance Sheet – reporting across all group companies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a sense of ownership in everything you do.
