What You’ll Do

This is more than just a role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a dynamic People & Culture team, working alongside renowned brands such as  COMO Hotels and ResortsNobu LondonMonarch House Serviced Apartments W8and 1 Michelin starred restaurant Labombe by Trivet.

In this role, you will:

  • Become an integral part of the hotels People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members
  • Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members
  • Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork
  • Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO’s vision; passion, creativity and style.
  • Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels polices & procedures.
  • Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team member.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
  • Support line managers with employee relations matter such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances. 
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters
