Monarch House is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom 4* luxury service apartments that offer comfort, calm and concenience to all.


We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our wonderful team at Monarch House delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests.   

     What you'll do:

  •      You will lead and inspire your team in delivering and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards. 
  •       You will ensure that the Housekeeping department delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to our guests.
  •      You will build a guest Focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a            contribution to guest satisfaction.
  •      To proactively monitor all aspects of expenditure and take remedial action.
  •      Find credible business solutions to address operational issues relating to product or service
  •     To have well planned rosters to ensure that payroll spend is in line with forecasted occupancy/revenue and budgets flexing           them according to changing business needs.
  •      To recruit, retain and develop high performing employees that uphold the hospitality values of the Business.

     Who you are:

  •          Previous experience of supervising housekeeping teams ideally with some past experience gained in London
  •          Excellent communicator
  •          High levels of attention to detail and resilience.
  •          Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental                           contribution  while remaining cost-sensitive.
  •          A visionary – someone who can see the big picture and will have a meaningful input into enhancing the Housekeeping                   function with a clear understanding of how to achieve it
