COMO The Halkin is a 41 bedroom hotel conceived as a cocooning ‘Home from Home’ on a quiet street in London Belgravia. The classic proportions, arched windows and Georgian brick exteriors matched with elegant interiors create a feel of a private home
Role Overview:
The Housekeeping Attendant is involved in the efficient support of the Housekeeping Team in cleaning, servicing and maintaining of all bedrooms, bathrooms, apartments. They should be able to work as room attendant and housekeeping linen Porter as required on a daily basis to ensure that all areas of the Hotel are maintained to a high standard.
What you will do:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards
- restock amenities and manage laundry efficiently
- Greet guests professionally, respecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Assist with inventory, supplies and daily housekeeping records
- Pay special attention to VIP rooms and guest requests
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and follow safety procedures
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities and attend training sessions
Who you are:
- A passionate individual who play close attention to detail
- Has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A communicator and collaborator
- A high level of organisational skills
- Previous experience cleaning rooms and as a housekeeping linen porter within a luxury hotel setting
