Description
Monarch house has everything you need to create your home away from home. Perfectly situated on Kensignton High Street just across the way from Holland park. Monarch House is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom 4* luxury service apartments that offer comfort, calm and concenience to all.
The Painter/Decorator is responsible for maintaining the physical property and furnishing in a manner consistent with that of luxury serviced apartments. He/she execute daily tasks by having an understanding and adhering the Company's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
What you will do
- Complete all assigned work in a safe and complete fashion, whilst employing safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies
- Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner and ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
Responsible for executing daily tasks in following the Company's policies and procedures in relation to occupational Health and Safety, and injury Management
Who you are
- PRevious experience has a painter/decorator
- Ability to respond properly in any emergency or safety situation
- Good social interaction and communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
