Role Overview: As our Night Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests during the quiet hours. From managing late check-ins and early check-outs to ensuring the hotel remains a comfortable, secure space. Your calm and attentive presence will make all the difference.

What you will do?

• Provide exceptional service to our guests with a warm and genuine approach
• Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guests’ types, VIP codes, and room rates
• Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs using Opera Cloud
• Resolve any guest queries with patience and professionalism
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth handovers and seamless operations
• Work on a 4 on 4 off schedule with 12-hour shift

Who You Are?

• A natural people person who loves making others feel welcome
• Calm and confident when problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and comfortable working independently during the night
• Experienced in hospitality or customer service
