Role Overview: As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Whether assisting with reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with different departments, your friendly and professional approach will help create a warm and efficient atmosphere.

What you will do?

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests with a warm and genuine approach
  • Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guests types, VIP codes, and room rates
  • Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs using Opera Cloud
  • Resolve any guest queries with patience and professionalism
  • Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth handovers and seamless operations

  • Calm and confident when problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and comfortable working independently
  • Experienced in hospitality or customer service
