We are seeking a dedicated individual for a 12-month contract, working 45 hours per week.
Job Purpose The MICE Executive (Reactive) will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE), ensuring seamless coordination, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain excellent client relationships, and work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver outstanding events.Sales & Client Management
