Sales & Events Executive
45 Hours per Week | £30,000 per Year + Service Charge

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Events
Executive for a full-time, 45-hour-per-week role.
Job Purpose
The Sales & Events Executive will play a key role
in generating revenue by converting incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings,
managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination of events.
The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, customer-focused, and highly
organized, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Respond
promptly to event and group inquiries via email, phone, and other
channels, providing accurate information about the hotel’s facilities,
services, and packages.
- Proactively
seek and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue.
- Prepare
tailored proposals, contracts, and quotations to meet client needs and
expectations.
- Conduct
site visits with potential clients, showcasing the property and its
offerings.
- Follow
up on all proposals to maximize conversion rates and secure bookings.
Event Coordination
- Liaise
with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth event
execution.
- Collaborate
with internal departments, including F&B and operations, to coordinate
all aspects of events.
- Update
and maintain event documentation, including banquet event orders (BEOs)
and client correspondence.
Revenue & Reporting
- Work
towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets for events and group
bookings.
- Monitor
competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for
growth.
- Maintain
accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat
business.
- Address
and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent
the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as
required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support
the room reservations department whenever required.
- Stay
knowledgeable about the hotel, including its facilities, services, and
unique offerings, to assist clients and guests effectively.

Requirements
- Previous
experience in sales or event coordination, preferably within a luxury or
5-star hotel environment.
- Knowledge
of event planning processes and hotel operations.
- Proficiency
in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility
to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by client needs.
