Cabana is the home of the mighty flame-grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken! Our restaurants are Latin American inspired known for fabulous grills and cocktails delivered in a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere!

We are ideally looking for an Bartener who:

·       Deliver our core focus; To lift people’s spirits & create memorable experiences

·       Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to Cabana specification

·       Have a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences

·       Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and enhancing their overall experience

·       Handle opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, following health and safety and food safety guidelines at all times

·       Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently for transactions

·       Outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team

·       Has a high level of organization in the workplace and strong management skills

·       Are available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays

·       Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude 

·       Is consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
