The Room Attendants will work as part of the housekeeping team to make sure we provide clean and fresh rooms to all our guests. They will be able to do this by being fanatical about delivering high standards when cleaning, providing spotless rooms and public areas. You’ll be making beds and cleaning bathrooms, reporting any damage whilst keeping yourself, the team, and our customers safe. You will also need to respond to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily to a high standard
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your assigned rooms and work area
  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding our high cleaning standards
  • Ensure all cleaning products are always stored safely and securely
  • To comply with Health and Safety policies
  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times

Skills and Experience:

  • Housekeeping experience within a hotel is desired but not essential
  • Willingness to work and follow instruction
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills
  • Confident, professional, and welcoming personality
