We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests.

This is an important role responsible for ensuring guest bedrooms are clean, comfortable and presented to the highest standards, helping to create a welcoming environment for every stay.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to the highest standards

  • Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and guest areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming

  • Replenish guest amenities, linen and supplies as required

  • Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures consistently

  • Report maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns promptly

  • Ensure all rooms are prepared efficiently and ready for arriving guests

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail

  • Support the wider Housekeeping team when required

  • Follow health and safety, hygiene and company standards at all times

  • Help create memorable guest experiences through exceptional room presentation

What We're Looking For
  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

  • Positive and reliable approach to work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Pride in maintaining clean and welcoming environments

  • Flexible and proactive attitude

  • Commitment to delivering great standards and guest experiences
