This is an important role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and appearance of public areas throughout the hotel, ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Clean and present guest-facing areas including reception, corridors, lounges, meeting rooms and public facilities (where applicable)

Replenish guest supplies and consumables where required
Respond promptly to cleaning requests and operational requirements
Report maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns

Support the wider Housekeeping team when required
