Stanley House Hotel & Spa, an award-winning boutique country hotel nestled in 54 acres of picturesque Ribble Valley countryside, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Brasserie Manager to lead our growing restaurant team.

What our Brasserie Manager does at Stanley House Hotel and Spa:

  • Get the best from your team. Leading by example, offering great service, and motivating the people around you
  • Be an expert in communication and be passionate about making every customer visit memorable
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Labour control; producing staff rotas in line with payroll budget
  • Ensuring stock and wastage is controlled and levels are maintained
  • Review and management of guest feedback on various platforms
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with all internal teams, ensuring excellent collaboration
  • Ensuring all health and safety and licensing laws, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • You will have previous leadership experience within hospitality

This senior role reports to the Hotel’s Deputy General Manager and involves fostering healthy partnerships with internal teams.
