Join Our Team

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

This is a guest-facing role where you'll deliver attentive service, support the smooth running of the restaurant and help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service within the restaurant
  • Welcome guests and help create a positive dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks in line with company standards
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, promotions and available products
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and maintain restaurant areas to a high standard
  • Process payments and transactions accurately
  • Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
  • Previous hospitality, restaurant or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Friendly, confident and professional approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and presentation
  • Positive and team-focused attitude
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
