We're looking for a passionate and motivated Spa Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our spa, helping to create exceptional experiences for every guest.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the spa team, maintain high standards across the facility and help ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, relaxing and memorable visit.

What You'll Be Doing
Support the day-to-day operation of the spa and wellness facilities
Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Assist with supervising and supporting spa team members during shifts
Help maintain high standards across treatments, facilities and guest areas
Welcome guests, respond to enquiries and support the guest journey throughout their visit
Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members
Support the promotion of spa services, treatments and retail products
Monitor guest feedback and help implement improvements where required
Ensure compliance with health and safety, company and spa standards
Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a spa, wellness, leisure or hospitality role
Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to support and motivate others
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Professional, positive and guest-focused approach
Flexible and willing to support different areas of the spa operation
