Junior Sous Chef - Grill - Late Night Venue


Description
Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, which is open for lunch as well as late-night cocktails and bar bites. Downstairs the glamourous basement restaurant and club is an exciting destination for dining and drinks, hosting live music five nights a week right in the vibrant heart of Soho. Next door is The Den, 100 Wardour Street’s very own cocktail piano bar for that members’ club feel.

We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who can confident work in a busy faced paced venue, and has superior Grill experience. At the same time, our Junior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef, lead the team during service and oversee a number of sections. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. The ideal candidates will have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards, passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a pro-active and motivated attitude to their work, attention to detail and an excellent command of English. You will be a true leader who works well under pressure and understands the running of a fine dining kitchen.
