100 Wardour is full of history and has been at the centre of the social scene in Soho for years! Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, on the ground floor, open from lunch to late night cocktails, and a glamorous basement restaurant and club. An exciting destination for dining and drinks! From lunch meetings, to the we host live music five nights a week, we are truly part of the vibrant heart of Soho.

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and hands on General Manager, who can ensure delivery of exceptional service to all the guests of our popular Soho venue.

The right candidate must have full confidence in the running of the business and have full P&L accountability. You will also have a sharp understanding of business finance in order to maximise sales and exceed targets.

As General Manager you will work closely with the Senior General Manager to maximise service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

As we relaunch our popular venue in the heart of Soho, we are looking for a charismatic leader who has experience in not only late night venues but also quality food led operations.

This role reports directly into the Operations Director
