Description

100 Wardour is full of history and has been at the centre of the social scene in Soho for years! Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, on the ground floor, open from lunch to late night cocktails, and a glamorous basement restaurant and club. An exciting destination for dining and drinks! From lunch meetings, to the we host live music five nights a week, we are truly part of the vibrant heart of Soho.

We are looking for an immaculately and exceptional Reception & Reservations Manager who has experience in a busy restaurant and is dynamic, driven and can cope well with a high-pressure environment.

You will work closely with the senior management team to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

What we are looking for:

• Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
• Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests
• Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
• Support the delivery of business strategies
• Previous experience of working as a Reception & Reservations Manager in a similar environment.
• Actively seek guest feedback, responding accurately and efficiently
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
