An exciting destination for dining and drinks! From lunch meetings, to the we host live music five nights a week, we are truly part of the vibrant heart of Soho.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Events Coordinator to join the team. You will contribute to the delivery of the D&D London sales strategy and must have excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Responsible for coordinating core business enquiries from the top corporate clients and other events initiatives
• Coordinate and maximise private dining and group bookings, cross selling and up selling as appropriate
• Develop and maintain the agent, corporate, corporate travel and event organiser databases
• Responsible for updating the document library, templates and collateral in order to maximise conversion of private dining, group booking events and exclusive hires
• Support the Events team with corporate research, report building and data finding
• Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as requested
• General administration support as required
