Reservation Agent

Description

D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent.

100 Wardour is full of history and has been at the centre of the social scene in Soho for years! Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, on the ground floor, open from lunch to late night cocktails, and a glamorous basement restaurant and club. An exciting destination for dining and drinks! From lunch meetings, to the we host live music five nights a week, we are truly part of the vibrant heart of Soho.

We would love to hear from proactive and outspoken Reservation Agent wishing to join our team in order to handle booking enquiries, providing correct and accurate assistance as well as ensure all guest interaction is professionally handled, understanding the philosophy of “the first impression”.

Previous OpenTable experience is desirable. Hospitality experience is essential along with a high level of spoken and written English.
The Reservation Agent will be in charge of handling all incoming calls and email inquiries for the venue reservations.

You will ensure the guest records information is up to date to be able to exceed the customers’ service expectations to maximise the number of bookings. You must have an exception in planning and organizing skills to be able to support the full operation of the reservation and reception team.

D&D London is a collection of restaurants as individual as you are. Some of the benefits of working for us include:

• Substantial career progression
• Personal development and training - including the opportunity to complete the industry-leading D&D Diploma
• 28 days holiday that increases with length of service
• Free meals on duty
• 40% discount in all D&D London restaurants

If you are interested in discussing the Reservation Agent role further, please get in touch with us without delay!
