Position Summary:
The Barista will craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering outstanding service to every guest. This role also supports the pastry counter, including occasional food running and bussing. A flexible, guest-first attitude and team-oriented mindset are key to success in this position.

Schedule:
Morning and afternoon shifts available. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard

• Operate espresso machine and brewing equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist guests at the pastry counter with selecting and serving baked goods

• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of the coffee and pastry station

• Support FOH team with food running, bussing, and general upkeep as needed

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and professional guest service at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior barista experience preferred, but we will train the right person

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Positive attitude, team player, and reliable work ethic

• Flexible schedule with morning, afternoon, and weekend availability
