Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team for the AM shift. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for food preparation at the highest standards. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to chef’s specifications and restaurant standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service.

• Assist with prep work, receiving, and stocking as needed.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Collaborate with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

• Uphold Wolfgang Puck’s commitment to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience required; upscale casual experience a plus.

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Availability for AM shifts is required, including weekends.
