Dave’s Hot Chicken started with four friends, $900, and a dream to make ridiculously good hot chicken. What began as a tiny East Hollywood parking-lot stand has grown into one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands around—with big flavor, serious heat, and a personality all its own.

Our Tampa Bay restaurants are operated by FTB Services, a team that believes in being For the Brand. We show up for our people, take care of our guests, and work together to make every shift count.

The Role

We’re looking for energetic, reliable Team Members who want to work hard, have fun, and help make every guest’s experience a great one. You’ll be part of the crew that keeps the restaurant moving—from taking orders and serving guests to preparing food and keeping the restaurant clean.

No two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll learn different stations, work with a supportive team, and help bring Dave’s flavor and hospitality to life.

What You’ll Do

·        Bring a positive attitude and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.

·        Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and serve food and beverages with friendly, helpful service.

·        Prepare menu items accurately and consistently while following Dave’s recipes, cooking instructions, and food-safety standards.

·        Learn and work across different restaurant stations, including front counter, kitchen, fryers, warmers, and beverage equipment.

·        Work closely with teammates to keep orders accurate, service moving, and the shift running smoothly.

·        Keep tables, floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, equipment, and high-touch surfaces clean and ready for guests.

·        Follow all safety, sanitation, security, cash-handling, and restaurant procedures.

·        Listen to guest concerns, stay calm, and involve a manager when help is needed.

·        Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and managers.

·        Use food, supplies, equipment, and other restaurant resources responsibly.

·        Ask questions and speak up when you need more training or support.

·        Show up ready to contribute, learn, and help the team win.

·        Are available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

The Real Talk

This is an active, hands-on restaurant job. You’ll spend your shift moving around the restaurant, working with your team, serving guests, preparing food, and helping wherever you’re needed. You’ll work around kitchen equipment and heat, and the pace can get fast—especially when the chicken is flying out the door.
