This glamorous city restaurant boasts a luxurious Modern British menu with a Parisian twist is paired with revolutionary creations from our centrepiece bar.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a dedicated and guest-centric Head Receptionist to join our team at 14 Stories. In this important role, you'll be the go-to person for our team of receptionists, ensuring that they uphold the high standards of service expected at our restaurant. While supporting the Reception Management team, you'll support the day-to-day reception area, managing calls, enquiries, and reservations with grace and efficiency. With your warmth and charm, you'll build lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike, setting a positive example for the rest of the team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all receptionists perform their duties to the highest standards, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the restaurant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development within the hospitality industry.
