Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104 cover restaurant area a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level.
The PositionWe are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
● Experience in a busy high-end bar in Central London
● Flair / WSET / Spirits qualifications
● Great knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and spirits.
● Minimum age of 18 to be able to prepare and serve alcohol.
● Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
● Ability to demonstrate organisation skills with speed and efficiency
● Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
● Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
● A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures;
