Lilibet’s is a new seafood-led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse — once the birthplace of a young British princess. Inspired by elegance, travel, and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story-rich dining spaces.
With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace. Guests will experience standout seafood dishes, bold cooking, and refined service in a setting designed to feel like an extraordinary private home.

The Position
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink.
You will support management by supervising, delegating and managing the floor team to ensure correct procedures and standards are always upheld, and that guests receive the highest levels of service throughout their visit.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
Previous experience as floor manager or assistant manager in a high-end restaurant and/or private members club.
Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service, food and drink
Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business
Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people
A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
Experience in managing labour budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas
