The Position 

We are seeking  experienced  Maître D'  who take pride in genuine service and have a love for outstanding food and drink. If you are warm, personable, and driven by excellence, we would be delighted to hear from you. 

Previous experience within a high-volume premium restaurant is essential  

Our Maître D' will bring:

• Experience in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
• Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail
• Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
• Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
• Available to work different hours including weekends
