The Position

We are looking for a high energy sommelier who has a sound understanding of the wine making process and the wide variety of regions and grapes available. They will apply their knowledge and experience to help in the creation of our wine lists and to make informed recommendations on wine pairings to our guests.   

• Extensive wine knowledge with recognised certification
• Previous experience as a sommelier, wine waiter
•   A warm and engaging personality with a keen eye for detail
• An aptitude for food and flavours, and a wide variety of regions and trends
• Ability to recommend wines based on guests' preferences and menu selections.
