a Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, to join the team at our brand-new independent
venue situated in a hugely prestigious location in Mayfair, opening in early
2025.

Expertise: Proven experience as a Head
Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant with high volumes and
exclusive customer base.
- Passion
for Food: A commitment to using fresh,
seasonal ingredients; knowledge of Mediterranean cooking styles is
advantageous.
- Innovation: A creative mindset with a desire to
experiment and push culinary boundaries.
- Kitchen
Leadership: Experience leading the kitchen
operation, not only inspiring excellence in food quality and service, but
maintaining the administrational requirements of a kitchen.
