venue situated in a hugely prestigious location in Mayfair, opening in early
2025.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a
high-quality restaurant with high volumes and exclusive customer base.
- Creativity
and passion: A genuine
love for cooking fresh ingredients; knowledge of Mediterranean cooking
styles is advantageous.
- Attention
to detail: Strong organisational skills
and a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership: Ability to support and motivate the
kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
