What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience as a Demi CDP within a new opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.
Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.
Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill, sauce or sauté.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Order and manage inventory for your section.
Train and supervise junior chefs and commis
Assist with menu planning and development.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed

Opening in Summer of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London.
Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
