What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience of minimum 1 year as Kitchen Porter within a premium restaurant/hotel, open for growth to the right candidate.
Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.
Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling properly.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
Required Basic English knowledge
Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
