The menu represents its location by showcasing the best of the Northwest, with an aim to source ingredients no more than 50 miles from outside Manchester.
A bit about what you will be doing:
The position plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication between departments through accurate preparation and distribution of function sheets and booking summaries. You will support both the Sales and Events Manager, and Reception Manager, in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
