Description

About The Twenty Two

The Twenty Two is a private members' club and hotel set within a Grade II listed townhouse on Grosvenor Square, with a second property in New York. Behind the door is a world of exceptional design, celebrated food and drink, and a membership drawn from across the arts, business and culture. Our voice is confident, warm and unmistakably ours, and our marketing is expected to feel like an extension of the building itself.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a three month fixed term contract, supporting a defined programme of activity across the autumn and winter season. You will keep the marketing calendar moving, coordinate content and collateral across the property, and support the delivery of campaigns, events and member communications. This is a hands on delivery role rather than a strategic one, suited to someone who can arrive, understand the brand quickly and get things out of the door to a high standard.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating the marketing calendar across rooms, dining, membership and events, and keeping stakeholders informed of deadlines
  • Supporting the delivery of campaigns from brief through to launch, including timelines, approvals and asset trafficking
  • Drafting and scheduling content for social channels, newsletters and member communications, on brand and on tone
  • Coordinating photography and content shoots, including scheduling, call sheets, on site support and asset management
  • Preparing and proofing collateral, including menus, in room material, signage and event print, and liaising with designers and printers
  • Maintaining the digital asset library so that imagery, logos and approved copy are organised and correctly used
  • Supporting website and listing updates, and keeping third party and partner information accurate
  • Liaising with press, partners and agencies on day to day requests and deliverables
  • Supporting events and activations, including on site attendance where required
  • Compiling performance reporting on channels, campaigns and content
  • Ensuring all output adheres to The Twenty Two brand guidelines

What we are looking for

Essential:

  • The right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Availability to start immediately and to commit to the full three month term
  • Previous marketing coordination or executive level experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or membership brands
  • Excellent written English, with a strong instinct for tone of voice and an eye for detail in proofing
  • Confident coordination of multiple workstreams and deadlines, with the ability to prioritise independently
  • Practical experience of social scheduling tools, email marketing platforms and content management systems
  • A collaborative, low ego approach and the ability to build relationships quickly across departments

Desirable:

  • Experience of a private members' club or hotel environment
  • Basic design capability in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Canva
  • Experience coordinating shoots and managing digital assets
  • Analytics and reporting experience across paid, owned and earned channels

The contract

  • This is a fixed term contract of employment for three months, with a notice period of 4 weeks on either side during the term
  • The role is offered on a fixed term basis to deliver a defined programme of work. There is no guarantee of extension or of a permanent role at the end of the term, and we will speak to you openly if that position changes
  • You will receive the same terms, benefits and treatment as our permanent colleagues in comparable roles, other than where a difference is objectively justified
  • Holiday accrues throughout the term and any untaken entitlement is paid on termination
  • You will be enrolled in our pension scheme in line with auto enrolment requirements

What we offer

  • Holidays accrued pro rata across the term
  • Meals on duty prepared by our culinary team
  • Membership benefits and discounts across both properties, including food, beverage and accommodation
  • Employer pension contribution and life assurance
  • Access to employee assistance programme
  • A clearly scoped brief, proper induction and handover, and a marketing team invested in making the three months work well
