Join our team as a Restaurant Reservation Agent

The Role

As a Restaurant Reservation Agent, you will:

  • Manage incoming reservations for the restaurant, private dining, and members’ dining areas.
  • Respond to booking enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and warmth.
  • Maintain and update the reservations system to ensure availability is up to date in real time.
  • Liaise with restaurant, club, and events teams to ensure guest details and preferences are communicated clearly.
  • Assist with pre-arrival arrangements, including dietary requirements, table plans, and special requests.
  • Handle VIP, repeat, and high-profile reservations discreetly and professionally.

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel located on London’s historic Grosvenor Square. Our property, set within a listed Edwardian manor, combines cultural elegance with modern charm. We offer an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and suites.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a reservations, front desk, or guest services role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence to handle guest interactions with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask calmly.
  • Flexibility to work across early, late, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all reservation enquiries and bookings.
  • Input and manage data in the reservations system with 100% accuracy.
  • Maximise table occupancy while maintaining premium guest experience.
  • Communicate guest preferences and key details to relevant teams.
  • Support the hosting team during busy service periods when required.
  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times.
