Our Floor manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management at The Fat Badger.  Working closely with the General manager you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. • Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 per annum + Tips (Earn an extra £15,000 per annum )

What you'll be doing as a Floor manager at The Fat Badger:

•  Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.   
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours, while staying within budgeted labour costs.
• Actively support and collaborate with the General manager and marketing team to implement promotional strategies and enhance the venue visibility in the local community. 
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. 
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Ideally have previous experience in a high end venue or fine dining.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
