• Salary - Starting from £12.21 per hour + Tips (Earning up to £18 per hour)

What you'll be doing as a Cocktail waiter/waitress at The Fat Badger: 

• Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Demonstrate your passion for cocktails & drinks, including understanding ingredients and preparation methods, provide recommendations and answer customer queries. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area,  Proactively clear and service tables.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Learn Daily and advance your knowledge in wine & Service.

About you, our new Cocktail waiting team:

• Have a real passion for food and drink
• Be passionate and care about the detail, Love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
• Ideally have a strong wine knowledge.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests. 
• Must be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts 

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
