The Scoop on the RoleThe Lead Server is our go-to person on the floor, balancing top-tier service with hands-on shift supervision. You’ll be overseeing the day-to-day operations while actively serving guests and, yes, participating in the tip pool!

Interim Shift Supervision | Step up when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is out. |
You're the perfect fit if you're:
A seasoned server who lives and breathes hospitality.
Someone with leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
A fantastic communicator and an even better listener.
Highly organized and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Accountable, reliable, and always ready to jump in where needed.
Familiar with restaurant FOH and BOH operations.
Must be or become ServSafe Manager Certified.

Prolonged standing and walking are routinely required. Routinely lifts and carries objects weighing up to 25- 50 pounds.
