Requirements for the Team Member Position include:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.
Prep Cook Responsibilities:
- Cut, slice, and prepare ingredients according to company specifications in the amount determined by manager
- Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored
- Monitor temperature of food items
- Maintain a clean preparation environment
- Attention to detail to prevent waste
- Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in all educational and training opportunities
- Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm.
- Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning, who provides high quality service to our customers
- Be willing to learn and complete additional duties throughout the cafe as needed such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner
