5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for a Assistant Goods Receiver to join our team.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Goods Receiver are:
- To Receive deliveries correctly by ensuring that they are to the correct spec, weight, quality, quantity, and temperature.
- To contact suppliers regarding discrepancies with products supplied
- To practice and manage FIFO (First-in First-out) principles of food stock management as applicable
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Assitant Goods Receiver are:
- Experience working in a hospitality environment desirable.
- Previous experience in fast paced environment.
The working hours:
- 42.5 hours per week
The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
