Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Reception team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
- 9-hour shift across the operating hours of 7am and 3am
- Rota basis 5 days out of 6 from Monday - Saturday
- Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed
What you will do:
- To welcome members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure a courteous and efficient service is given to all members and always maintaining the levels of service to the highest standards.
- To answer the telephone, take bookings and deal with general enquiries
What are we looking for?
Significant experience in a similar position is essential
Experience of working in a busy restaurant is advantageous
