Birley Bakery is the newest opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, owner of private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street & Oswald’s. Birley Bakery is located in Chelsea Green, London and aims to create a warm and welcoming environment, inspired by the classic concept of Boulangerie-Patisserie. We will fulfil the need of every household craving exceptional quality, delivering simple, homely yet chic bread, pastries, desserts, chocolate and ice cream. All bread and pastries will be baked on site at our shop.

We are currently looking for full time Team Members to join the Birley Bakery Team, with an immediate start.

The responsibilities of our Team Member are:

• To finish, warm up, pack and serve the range of food and beverage offer of the shop to walk in customers and/or delivered orders.
• To work as an effective part of a team to ensure the operational standards as set and expected by the company are achieved and maintained

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Team Member are:

• Previous experience working in a retail environment is desired although full training and guidance will be given
• Barista skills desirable but full training will be given 
• A friendly, approachable attitude is essential!

The working hours:

· The shop will be open 7 days per week:

• Monday- Saturday from 6am-8pm
• Sunday from 8am-6pm

Team Members will work on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7 , 40 hours per week.
