5 Hertford Street is currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the Nightclub Restaurant - Loulou's.

The responsibilities of the Head Waiter/Waitress are:

• Welcoming members and their guests to the restaurant

• Leading your section with precision and charm

• Training members of your team

• Developing service standards

• Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests

The Experience & Qualifications required as Head Waiter/Waitress are:

• Significant experience in a similar position is essential

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous

Working Hours:

Please note the working hours for this role are a four day basis, Wednesday to Saturday, only straight evening shifts. 

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
