Pastry Chef De Partie 

Production Site (SW8)

5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

The Experience & Qualifications required :

  • Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background

The responsibilities are:

  • To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
  • To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation
  • To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchen
Working hours:
  • Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
